Tease the senses with this heavenly scented kawakawa balm. Not only good for your skin but uplifting with bright hints of citrus and rose, and deeper notes of sandalwood, vitever and vanilla. It is subtle so the scent of manuka bees wax is still present. The aroma will come alive on contact with the skin.
This artisan created balm is a combination of skin conditioning oils, the magic of the sacred kawakawa plant and 1% certified natural fragrance. A wonderous balm to assist with irritated skin, sealed with a moisturising kiss of honey.
PRODUCT INFO
Kawakawa is a beautiful green plant with heart-shaped leaves whose active ingredients are known to improve uncomfortable skin conditions like eczema, boils, bites and stings. It is seen as a pest by many gardeners however we still only take the oldest leaves from the tree, understanding the need for sustainability and the increase in active ingredients within the older, more 'holey' leaves.
We know the location and harvest moon of each small batch that we create but do not turn away kawakawa that might come to us from particularly turbulent storms or gardeners! Always remembering to give thanks for what we receive from our wild earth, te taiao.
